Karon Williamson

Director of Women's Discipleship

Karon Williamson moved to the North Shore, MA from Augusta, GA in 2018 with her husband Don and two youngest children, Alexandra and Seth. They were members of First Presbyterian Church of Augusta for over 20 years where Don served on the Diaconate and Karon as a member of the Women’s Council. Karon is a writer, bible teacher, mother to five children, and grandmother of one perfect little boy. She served on several Arts and Historic Preservation boards in Augusta and founded Hope Ballet, a racially and economically diverse dance studio serving children in Augusta.

Karon holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Medical College of Georgia. She blogs at karonwilliamson.com , and her greatest joy in life is discipling women through the study of the Word of God.

When Karon is not writing or teaching, you may find her in her vegetable garden or in the kitchen pretending to be Ina Garten, but most likely you’ll find her chasing Pippin, their big, unruly Bernedoodle puppy who is trying to steal food off the kitchen counter or eating a sock.
